Christmas circus in Karlsruhe

From 19 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 the popular Christmas circus takes place in Karlsruhe.

Since 2009, the Circus has been an integral part of the Christmas season in the fan city. Over 40,000 visitors stream into the large circus tent on the Messeplatz in Karlsruhe from the end of December to the beginning of January.

Winter wonderland – Christmas circus in Karlsruhe

On Durlacher Allee, the Christmas Circus will once again make a guest appearance and offer you an annually changing programme in an atmospheric Christmas atmosphere. Behind the Christmas Circus are the ROMANZA Circusproduction from Waldenburg near Heilbronn and the market office of the city of Karlsruhe.

The circus tent, striped in the red-yellow Baden colours, is one of the eye-catchers of the Circus, including its interior lighting, which captivates with countless fairy lights, Christmas motifs and figures. The circus usually starts on the Friday before Christmas Eve. A total of 1,400 guests find a seat in the circus. So you can also take part in this spectacle with larger groups.
