Short film festival FiSh

The Short film festival FiSH in the StadtHafen Rostock is organized by the Institut für neue Medien GmbH. It’s taken place every year since 2004. Next time 8 to 12 May 2024.

Short film festival FiSH

It shows the latest works of young artists in five program slots. One component of the programme is the nationwide competition JUNGER FILM, in which films with a maximum length of 30 minutes are shown. A public jury awards the best works of the young filmmakers. The SehSterne section of the programme shows productions from and about Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany and the Baltic Sea region. The best music video in the country will be chosen within the PopFiSH competition. In addition, the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Media Competence Prize is awarded during the festival. Use the varied and interesting offer of the film festival to get new impressions and to give your conference participants suggestions for inspiring discussions.
